Know the terms before you start
What is included in FlowSimple pricing?
Every subscribed workspace receives the complete product, including customers, leads, estimates, Price Book, schedules, jobs, recurring service, Crew tools, tasks, photos, notifications, exports, and Insights.
Do Manager and Crew seats cost different amounts?
No. Each additional active Manager or Crew seat is $10 per month. Their permissions differ, but their seat price is the same.
Does the free trial require a card?
No. Every new workspace receives a 30-day full-feature trial without entering payment details.
Can I add seats after subscribing?
Yes. The Owner can increase purchased seats. The Stripe update must succeed before new invitation capacity becomes available.
Can I export data if the subscription ends?
Yes. Read-only users can still view and export workspace data, manage account security, open billing, and request workspace deletion.
