CSV template
Open the tracker in Excel or Google Sheets
Includes active lead stage, next action, estimate, job lifecycle, assignees, and separate payment status.
Use fields that drive action
The tracker separates sales stage, job lifecycle, and payment state instead of forcing one status column to describe three different kinds of progress.
- Customer and property
- Lead source and job type
- New, Contacted, or Quoted sales stage
- Next action, owner, and due date
- Estimate amount and decision
- Job schedule and assignees
- Unpaid or Paid status
Review the tracker every workday
Filter overdue next actions first, then New leads without contact, Contacted leads awaiting scope, and Quoted leads approaching their validity date.
Know when the template has reached its limit
Move to dedicated software when multiple editors overwrite context, Crew need mobile job details, photos live elsewhere, recurring schedules require manual copying, or access permissions become important.
Frequently asked questions
Does the tracker work in Excel and Google Sheets?
Yes. Download the CSV and import it into Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers, or another spreadsheet application.
Why are job and payment statuses separate?
A job can be operationally Completed while still Unpaid. Separate fields keep collection work visible without misrepresenting what the Crew finished.
Which lead stages should I use?
The template uses New, Contacted, and Quoted for active sales work, with Won and Lost as closed outcomes.
